SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
We develop improvement plans in coordination with client’s team, based on analysis of the supplier considering specific aspects articulated as critical for the clients. This can as well be based on Indo Asia Quality services standard audit reports. We assist the client to develop the improvement plan or corrective actions plans (CAP). Activities, responsibilities & time lines are very well articulated with detailed specifics to make sure that the result orientation is under focus rather just completing the activities. Our supplier management works in close collaboration of Engineering and/or Quality team of the client. The review & escalation mechanism is pre decided which ensures deployment.An experienced resource from Indo Asia Quality Services will be dedicated to such initiatives. He will be available to join the reviews & answer any technical questions arising in the scope of the program. We also provide training for senior management, owners, supervisors, staff and workers relating with the issues of quality control and compliance, to help minimize future risks and prevent reoccurrence of past failures thus ensuring sustenance. During the above improvement journey we will extend the resources to support (where ever required) the supplier to use various quality tools such as MSA studies, Cp, Cpk values calculation, Capacity assessments, PPAP documentation preparations, Facilitate for FMEA development, Creating Defect Masters, Manufacturing process supervision and many more.
